As with many chefs, Michael DiBari's love of food began at his mother's kitchen table in Brooklyn, NY. And while dentistry became his calling with a successful practice, he simultaneously sought a creative outlet that would let him explore his passion for great food.
Michael honed his culinary talents to professional standards at both The Institute of Culinary Education and under the tutelage of noted caterer Abigail Kirsch, while continually increasing his repertoire through research, entertaining, and becoming Executive Chef of a fine-dining establishment in Fairfield County, CT.
Although thrilling, Michael decided restaurant life was not for him and is now fully committed to bringing his culinary skills into peoples' homes.
